You can go to sites called http://www.freesitemetrics.com or http://www.freesitecrawl.com , enter your competitors home page and look at their meta tags. Look at the tags and keywords and see if you can learn anything from them. Remember you can look but you cannot copy material from other web sites as that is violation of copyright laws. As you learn what others are doing ask yourself questions like:

A) When customers land on my site will they buy my services or are they confused what I am offering?
B) Is the content of my site old and stale and looks like something from the 1990s? Does it need a new fresh look with content of when our latest services were announced?
C) Is my site readable on Internet Mobile Devices?
